Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency (ATR/BPN), Bekasi, West Java.

Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono (AHY) symbolically handed over 12 Electronic Land Certificates at the Bekasi City Land Office (Kantah), West Java Province, Tuesday (06/08/2024).

He said that the success of land services was the result of good cooperation and collaboration between Kantah and the Bekasi City Government.

“If between the ranks of the central and regional governments, including horizontally, the relationship is good, solid, complementary, synergistic, and collaborative.

“I think public services in any form including in the land sector, God willing, we can do it well.

In accordance with the motto of the Ministry of ATR/BPN ‘Serving, Professional and Trusted’ for the people around us,” said Minister AHY.

The 12 Electronic Land Certificates submitted today consist of 6 certificates from the Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) program.

2 Certificates of Right to Use for the Bekasi City Government and the State Civil Service Agency; 1 certificate of waqf land for a prayer room.

1 certificate of a place of worship for a church; and 2 Certificates of Building Use Rights (HGB) for PT Kereta Api Indonesia and PT PLN.

The Minister of ATR/Head of BPN explained that Electronic Land Certificates have many benefits, so it is very important to be mass-produced immediately.

“With Electronic Land Certificates, it becomes easier because it can be checked at any time on our cellphones.

Then, now one sheet has a barcode, it can scanned, everything appears immediately. Enter the database.

So it cannot be duplicated and falsified carelessly,” he said.

Acting Mayor of Bekasi, Raden Gani Muhammad appreciated the Ministry of ATR/BPN which has facilitated the certification process for land assets of the Bekasi City Government.

He felt that the synergy and collaboration built by the ranks of the Bekasi City Kantah were very strong and there were no obstacles.

“We always synergize with the Head of Kantah, where the management of this asset runs well, synergizing without obstacles.

This is our appreciation to the ranks of Kantah who have provided the best service for us, the people of Bekasi City.

We can complete the targets together,” said the Acting Mayor of Bekasi.

Meanwhile, the Head of the West Java Province BPN Regional Office (Kanwil), Yuniar Hikmat Ginanjar reported that the achievement of the PTSL program had reached 2,044 out of a target of 6,000 land plots.

All Kantah in West Java Province have also implemented electronic land services.

“All Kantah in West Java have complied with our commitment.

Work units have implemented electronic services according to the Minister’s expectations.

In order to maintain integrity, we have launched the electronic service,” concluded the Head of the West Java Provincial BPN Regional Office.

Also accompanying Minister AHY on this working visit were Senior High and Pratama Officials within the Ministry of ATR/BPN, Head of the Bekasi City Kantah.
