Lawyer OC Kaligis objected to the police arresting his client Fernando Miguel Gama De Sousa.

Alfi Sahrin Usup, the prosecutor attempted to present five witnesses including Customs and Excise (BC) officers from Soekarno-Hatta Airport, Tangerang City, Banten, Theo Dorus Arinal Zendrato and Riza Mahardika, officers from BC I Gusti Ngurah Rai (Bali).

However, the trial which started at 20.52 WIB ended at 23.19 WIB and only presented two witnesses from the Bali Customs and Excise office. During Theo Dorus’s examination.
